I started my real estate career in 2015 as an investor with no money to invest. I put my thinking cap on and figured out how to close on 2 four-unit properties as my first investment purchase. Since then, I have completed approximately 55 real estate transactions, including personal residences, rental properties, fix and flips, owner-financing, and even some private lending on a small scale.
